	Dawn Ackland - Personal Lines Account Handler Joined John Ansell & Partners in 1986 and is in charge of all motor insurance matters from private car, commercial vehicles to fleets of vehicles dealing with all aspects of advice and claims handling. Dawn has extended her “empire” to include all aspects of private insurances i.e., home buildings/contents, personal accident, short period and annual travel, pleasure craft and finally, pet insurance. Due to her many years experience of dealing with motor and household claims, she has taken over the claims handling and mid term adjustments for our commercial property owners scheme with Norwich Union. She uses the latest computer technology to provide on-line quotes with immediate proposal form and policy production and of course e-mail for speed and efficiency with clients and underwriters alike. Lives in Loughton in Essex and does battle with the central line for her journey to and from work. 	Rob Atkinson - Commerical Account Handler Rob is in his late 20’s and joined John Ansell’s in early 2006 with just under 7 years general insurance experience.  He specialises in commercial insurance, and previously worked for an entertainment broker looking after all sorts of famous people. He maintains and develops the commercial business with Heather. When not practicing insurance, he enjoys playing football (though he is not especially good) watching West Ham lose, fishing and travelling. 	Yvonne Billing - Accounts Controller Yvonne has in excess of 20 years accounting experience ranging from basic reconciliation to Trial Balance, 11 of these with John Ansell & Partners.  Whilst she may say she doesn’t like change, Yvonne has a key role in maintaining and updating our computer systems and operating procedures, and for a self-confessed ‘paper junkie’ is keen to let the computer take the strain.  Outside the office her interests are league ten-pin bowling and reading. 	Heather Leaton - Commercial Account Handler Heather joined John Ansells on 8 August 2005, which was a very special day for her as it was also her 25th Birthday. Heather has three years of commercial insurance experience.  This started in Manchester, where she looked after several manufacturing risks, as they still make stuff up North.  Since moving to John Ansell’s, she has widened her commercial and professional insurance knowledge by looking after the existing commercial business account with Rob Atkinson.  She lives in North London with her boyfriend who is training to be an architect.  She enjoys yoga, cycling, swimming and making her own clothes. email: heather.leaton@ansell.co.uk Direct Dial: 020 7251 7476
	John Haber-Smith Director - Responsible for corporate and private insurances John is approaching his half century and lives in Essex. Boasting over 30 years insurance experience, 25 years of which has been with John Ansell & Partners. He enjoys the challenge of technology and insurance broking. He has been foremost in making John Ansell & Partners one of the most technologically advanced insurance brokers in the country and looks forward to yet more progress in harnessing the power of IT. In his spare time, John represents our broking software user group on the board of the international user group in USA, enjoys cycling, running, swimming, fresh air, talking cars, his long awaited Porsche, spending quality time with his children and when he finally sits down indulges his passion for discovering wine.  email: john.haber-smith@ansell.co.uk
	Craig Harman - Commercial Account Handler   Craig joined Ansell's in 2000 as a Commercial Account Handler and is now primarily responsible for the development of the BAHIS scheme. This includes dealing with the existing client account, as well as getting involved in new business and developing relationships with our panel of Underwriters. He has over 15 years experience having worked with a local intermediaries, before joining the huddled masses on the Underground commute to the City. Married with two children, Craig enjoys a wide variety of outdoor activities and will try anything once, (twice if he likes it!). 	Katrina Wright - Reception /Administration Katrina is in her thirties and joined John Ansell & Partners back in July 2003, she has had many years of experience in Administration but this is her first for an Insurance Broker. Since joining John Ansells Katrina has got involved in many different aspects of Insurance, not only does she run the main desk and is the first port of call for our customers/clients   she has also got involved with assisting her colleagues with Travel, GAP, and BAHIS Schemes. She lives in Essex with her partner of 12 years and their 5 year old son Zane. 	Roger Simmons - ACII Commercial Account Executive Roger has had over 40 years in insurance, most of it in the UK, but for 8 years in Australia and New Zealand.  During that time he has handled most types of insurance and claims for both insurance companies and brokers.  In 1993 he joined MacDonald Daines, initially in the Motor department, and then subsequently looking after its shop scheme for ‘Body Shop’ franchisees.  He has also been involved in many aspects of the BAHIS schemes.  Since joining John Ansell & Partners, he has continued to look after the ‘Body Shop’ scheme and also handles the mainstream BAHIS and Fitness schemes. He is married with four children (all of whom have long since flown the nest) and lives near Battle, East Sussex. 	Craig Smith - ACII Director Chartered Insurance Broker After 20 years working for a major insurer in the UK and USA, Craig joined John Ansell & Partners in 1999. He has a responsibility for new business, marketing and recruitment. 	Michael Yeshin - FCII Commercial Account Handler Michael is in his early fifties, lives in Ilford, and married to a divorce lawyer with two teenage daughters. He has been with the company for eight years, currently responsible for the administration of our highly successful Property Owners Scheme.  His leisure activities include running an old boys club, squash and being a governor at his old school..
