It is the manner in which we handle your claims that is the true reflection of our service to you. We make every effort to ensure that all your claims are handled in a professional manner as swiftly and as fairly as possible.

Experience has proved to us that the same personnel responsible for the negotiation of your policy at inception or renewal, should be the first port of call when a loss occurs. They are the people most familiar with your circumstances and the details of your insurance contract and therefore are best placed to monitor and bring to final settlement your claim. This service is of special importance if complications occur. Our personal intervention in difficult or problematic settlements is highly valued by our customers. For a major claim we arrange for the appointment of a specialist loss adjuster, available 24 hours a day and liaise closely with them until a satisfactory resolution is achieved.
